Q: What services does A Caring Hand Home Care provide?

A: We provide non-medical home care services including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and more. Our goal is to help clients live independently and comfortably at home.

Q: Are your caregivers trained and certified?

A: Yes. All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened, background-checked, and receive ongoing training. Many are certified nursing assistants (CNAs) or have equivalent caregiving experience.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We proudly serve Russell and Lee County Alabama and Muscogee and Harris County Georgia. Please contact us to confirm if we can provide care in your location.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but we offer care services 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

Q: How quickly can services begin?

A: Services can typically start within 24 to 48 hours after an initial assessment, depending on caregiver availability and client needs.

Q: Do you offer live-in care?

A: Yes, we offer both hourly and live-in care options. Live-in care provides continuous support for clients who need around-the-clock assistance.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We ONLY accept private pay. At this time, we do not accept insurance.

Q: How do you match caregivers with clients?

A: We consider the client’s needs, preferences, personality, and schedule to match them with the best possible caregiver. We also offer the opportunity to meet caregivers in advance when possible.
